We first manufacture a validation prototype to adjust the shape, dimensions, NFC placement and visual rendering. Once validated, we launch the series.
For small series (50 to 500 units), 3D printing remains the most economical method. Beyond 500 units, we direct toward industrial moulding if the shape allows, or we keep 3D printing to maintain flexibility.
